Did you know the NBA recommends youth 12 & under primarily play 3 on 3 basketball?

Why?  In 3 on 3 players receive 4x as many opportunities to shoot, dribble, pass, and defend the basketball.  These additional opportunities to be involved help players build skills faster and have more fun!

How to Join a Team
  1. Players can be registered individually, as a partial team, or full team of 5 players. Coaches & buddies can be requested at registration or any time after.

  2. Players will be placed in a competition level based on the age and skill level indicated at registration.

  3. Each player will be placed on a team and provided an officially licensed NBA or WNBA jersey to wear.

  • How our League Works

Each session players participate in an age-appropriate and NBA-developed skill improvement session and play (2) 16-minute 3x3 Jr. NBA League games.

In addition to fun-filled games, players will be taught sport values such as teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.

Each session lasts 1 hr with the younger age groups starting first. Exact team schedules will be released after the registration period.

No additional practices or time commitment is required.

Each team requires a volunteer coach or parent to provide bench motivation and ensure equal playing time.

  • How Volunteer Coaching Works

Volunteer coaching with GO 3x3 is different! We don't require you to lead practices or come up with skill development lessons - we do that! Volunteer coaches encourage their team during the Jr. NBA lead skill development session and coach their team during their 3x3 games.

Parents or guardians can volunteer to coach a team by electing to do so while registering a child.

Community members can also volunteer to coach by simply following the steps below:

    (1) Click Join A Team to create a profile which requires your name and contact information.

    (2) Click register as a coach and choose your preferred age group.

    (3) We will contact you with more details.
